Can I migrate from another tool?
Yes, HMHfour was created with that goal. Bulk import from CSV is planned but not available yet.
Who approves time off?
The request goes to your direct manager or, if you have none, to whoever has permission to approve. It is approved or rejected (with a reason if wanted) and the person gets a notice in the app.
